The Clubhouse at Griggs Farm

In 1985 Princeton Community Housing purchased 26.5 acres on Route 206 and began the project known as Griggs Farm. Completed in 1989, Griggs Farm combines privately owned market rate town homes, moderate income sales units, and low income rental units. This project satisfies a major portion of Princeton Township's Mt. Laurel housing obligation.

Princeton Community Housing, Inc. owns and manages 70 units of low income rental units within the Griggs Farm community. Rent is based upon the tenants' income, with no rent exceeding 30% of their gross income.

Griggs Farm is a vibrant community with a Club House, tennis courts, children’s play area, and an active Condominium Association. Located between Route 206 and Cherry Valley Road in Princeton Township, Griggs Farm is near local stores and services. Public transportation is provided by New Jersey Transit.
