Harriet Bryan House, located at 310 Elm Road in Princeton opened in 2007. It provides 67 one-bedroom apartments for very low income elderly residents.

The recently completed building is two and three stories in height because of the topography of the site. It features community rooms, a common dining room and kitchen, and offices on the first floor and two laundry rooms on each floor for the residents.

Adjacent to Elm Court, Harriet Bryan House offers its residents a Congregate Care program similar to its neighbor: a service to provide a daily hot meal, light housekeeping, grocery shopping and personal care as needed. Spacious, graciously furnished lounge areas accommodate a range of social opportunities including bingo, parties, and other group activities.

The HUD Project Rental Assistance Contract supplies rent subsidies. No resident's rent exceeds 30% of his or her adjusted gross income.
