Holly House

The Clubhouse

For over 30 years, Princeton Community Village has provided high quality low and moderate income housing for families and individuals. There are 71 one-bedroom apartments in Holly House, a 6 story mid-rise building. In addition, there are 168 two, three and four bedroom townhouses. The Club House was opened in 1997 and provides a welcome place for the residents to participate in community activities and use for special events.

"The Village" is located at Karl Light Boulevard off Bunn Drive at the top of the Princeton ridge and is nestled among the trees in a park-like setting. It is within walking distance of the Princeton Shopping Center. Public transportation is available from New Jersey Transit. Community activities held at Princeton Community Village include the Princeton Young Achievers Program and classes sponsored by the Princeton Adult School.

Princeton Community Village, a Section 236 development, receives limited Section 8 and Section 101 rental subsidies.
