Elm Court was designed to serve Princeton's low income elderly residents. It is located at 300 Elm Road in the beautiful western section of Princeton.

In 1985, Elm Court opened its doors with 88 one bedroom and studio units, 9 of which are designed for the mobility impaired.

Princeton Community Housing receives support for this project in the form of HUD 202 funds and Section 8 rental subsidies. Activities during the past year included an art show, children's musical, holiday parties, weekly bocce ball games, bingo, and health screenings. Some residents of Elm Court are eligible to participate in the Congregate Program, which provides a hot lunch in the dining room seven days each week, housekeeping services, personal care and grocery shopping.

Transportation to grocery stores, the hospital, the Princeton Shopping Center, Palmer Square and various churches is available on a weekly basis. These activities and services make Elm Court a lovely place to live.
